Working from home and still eating a healthy breakfast – No Junk time.
R. D Hayes, WFiL Guest Writer tells us how to manage food time at home. I hope this is helpful to all those work from home Venture-preneurs.
Entrepreneurs are notorious for skipping breakfast; if you are like this, smack yourself. The teachers weren’t lying when they said it was the most important meal of the day. Food is fuel, and you need to engrave this in your mind. Oatmeal is one of the best breakfast that you could eat that is an easily prepared meal. Yoghurt with fruit is another great breakfast option or, you could mix the fruit and yoghurt in your oatmeal for a really tasty breakfast. Who said breakfast couldn’t be fun, health, and tasty?
Ideas for lunch
Lunch has become a nightmare to weight watchers and those who want to eat healthy. Because you are often by yourself at lunch time it is easier to overeat or eat something unhealthy. Plain salads with turkey and tuna salads are a great, quick, lunch that’s healthy and tasty and takes hardly any time to prepare or you can prepare these in advance. Find lunches on the internet that look good and try them out; don’t be afraid to alter these meals to your tasting. Look for meals that are easily made; easily prepared meals mean that you won’t be tempted to grab that doughnut in the back of the fridge.
We will be adding a Guest Writer’s page to WFiL website soon so you can read these articles and more in full. Until then join us for Part 3 of
