Healthy Desert for a Week

To date we have been posting free recipes every day from our Healthy eating FREE recipe book but today is the first day in June and the beginning of the barbecue season so we will not be continuing this trend.

Instead we will post the entire recipe e-book in one day and hope that our loyal followers visit us daily to retrieve a yummy desert recipe to try.

Healthy Lunch for a Week

OK we are slowly introducing meat and chicken into these vegetarian recipes. Luckily adding meat, fish and chicken is optional depending on your level of dependency.  So we started the week off with Sesame Noodles with Chicken and had a huge response in terms of readers of our Facebook post. We will keep up this trend ending the week with Turkey Reuben recipe just to satisfy the need of business foodie carnivores out there.

You will notice there are no cakes, chocolate, creams and sugars in these snacks but don’t despair, these snacks are delicious, chewy and munchy. They also stop the food cravings and for solo-preneurs and business owners who work from home (as well as the general population) they are amazingly delicious.
